Our Story
Some companies are truly specialist businesses. Their founders are elite experts in their field, their clients and customers depend deeply on what they deliver and their management teams are often weighted to the experts who deliver those services and lack the seasoned commercial talent who have grown and exited businesses before.
To scale such businesses is not easy. Founders who are deeply inspirational to both employees and clients find it hard to step back from the day to day operational delivery of the business. Whilst often healthy financially, the experience and conviction in raising capital, recruiting commercial talent and investing in sales and marketing growth strategies lacks confidence and therefore remains unaddressed.
This is where Atlantic Consulting comes in. We understand what it takes to create controlled growth in such businesses. We work with organisations whose specialisms exist in such services as medical evacuations, kidnap for ransom response, critical incident psychological trauma consulting and legal advisory in conflict zones.
